Resentment: Letting Go of the Past

Acceptance must be unconditional, warts and all. It grounds us and is the essential secret ingredient that makes change possible. Acceptance opens the door to knowing happiness and gratitude. Living a life of serenity requires that we practice being fully present to ourselves and to each precious moment of our lives.
