From gentle yoga and inspiring concerts to our ongoing workshops and family programs, there are so many ways to get involved. Whether you participate, sponsor someone, or simply spread the word, you’re helping create a community of care and hope for those affected by addiction.

Choose an activity that brings you peace — yoga, walking, painting, reading — and dedicate it to raising awareness and funds for our programs.
How to Join:
1️⃣ Pick Your Activity – Something that helps you find serenity.
2️⃣ Set Your Goal – Decide how often, how far, or how long.
3️⃣ Register – Email SIS@serenityrenewal.ca with your contact info, activity, and goal.
4️⃣ Fundraise – Invite friends & family to sponsor your activity.

🧘 Weekly Yoga with Sofie Charron
Join Registered Psychotherapist and yoga teacher Sofie Charron for gentle, beginner-friendly yoga sessions that blend movement, mindfulness, and compassion.
📅 Wednesdays in September, 6:30 – 7:30 pm
📍 In-person at Heartwood House or join online
