Serenity Renewal for Families is a heart-centered, non-profit agency that provides help and support for individuals and family members impacted directly or indirectly by addictions. We do this through family programs, short-term counselling, workshops, and groups.
We are looking for survey takers who can call our workshop participants after the workshop to get their feedback. To be successful as a survey taker, you should have a pleasant personality with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities
» Calling the workshop’s participants after the workshop to take their feedback
» Input the feedback in MS Word with proper formatting
» Proofreading and checking all work for spelling, grammar, formatting, and presentation
» Maintaining confidentiality of the workshop’s participants’ feedback
Requirements and skills
» Proficiency in Microsoft Word
» Professional attitude
» Excellent written and oral communication skills
» Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
» Customer service attitude
» Active listening skills
» High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
» Strong people skills.
» Customer service experience, preferably in a related field.
Language
English; Bilingualism an asset
